Mustafa lost 25 family members in the earthquake and now lives in a tent with his wife, young children, nephews, and siblings, without electricity or water, struggling with basic needs. Three days after the disaster, he stood guard at the rubble of his collapsed apartment in Central Hatay, determined to recover the bodies of his loved ones even after official search efforts ended. Five days later, he recovered the burnt bodies of his mother and sister but was unable to find his father. Our volunteers provided Mustafa and his family with essential items like clothes, sleeping bags, and socks to help them through this difficult time.

This emergency relief project focused on addressing the immediate needs of earthquake-affected communities by providing essential items such as blankets, diapers, hygiene products, food, baby formula, shoes, underwear, clothes, beds, and wheelchairs to help restore dignity and support recovery efforts.
