Disaster Response
Through your partnership in prayer and giving, BWAid is responding when disaster strikes.
BWAid partners with BWA member partners to respond to emergent crises. This may involve a grant to the member convention in the disaster area for basic food, NFI, medical needs, and short-term recovery. It may also include brokering relationships with Baptist and/or other NGOs for resources, providing project management support and in the rare instance, BWAID staff will work with a partner in direct implementation.
Our goal is always to support the local convention in providing immediate and effective assistance to their communities.
