Escaping Conflict: A Mother’s Story of Resilience and Hope

Ksenia, from a small town near Zaporizhia, was initially unaware of the war’s impact until shelling began, causing her to lose her job and, tragically, her brother. With her 10-year-old daughter to care for, she decided to move to a safer place, finding refuge with the help of volunteers in Prikhistok, Izmailsky district, Odessa region. There, they receive much encouragement and enjoy fresh, tasty food like milk, fish, chicken, and more. Grateful for the support, Ksenia warmly expresses her heartfelt thanks.
