Development Grants

Designated to support sustainable development projects that will have transformational impact

Eligibility:

BWA Member

Baptist Aid Agency

BWA Member Body social service / humanitarian aid ministry or agency

Criteria:

  • Applying organization must have an existing or prior relationship with the community.
  • Project must serve persons in the church and the community.
  • Must commit to submitting timely reports and following safety and accountability guidelines.
  • Willing to participate in Capacity Strengthening and Peer Learning opportunities, i.e. Grantee Share Tables.

Amount:

  • Average grants between $15,000 – $25,000

How to Apply:

  • Complete Form 100 – Development Project Application & Form 304 – Program Budget

A development response is a long-term effort to improve living conditions, build resilience, and empower communities through sustainable solutions.

A development grant application may also be utilized if you are applying for funding to support capacity strengthening / training programs.
